Aztech CNC Adjustable Piston Head
Revolutionize your airsoft gun's performance with Aztech Innovations' meticulously engineered CNC Adjustable Piston Head. Crafted from premium 6061 aluminium, this piston head features a precision CNC ported design complemented by stackable AOE correction plates. These innovative plates offer the flexibility to fine-tune the Angle of Engagement (AOE) from 0 to +3mm, ensuring a flawless interaction between your piston and the sector gear for enhanced durability and efficiency.
The piston head boasts a chamfered 8 port configuration, optimized for maximum airflow and O-ring compression, paired with a specially designed back-cut O-ring groove. This unique feature accelerates O-ring release, effectively preventing vacuum effects that can hinder performance.
Each set includes a CNC-machined aluminium bearing plate retainer, a robust thrust ball bearing housing with plates, a securing screw, and one of Aztech's superior Viton O-rings for unmatched reliability and resilience.
For ultimate performance stability, we strongly advise the application of a medium-grade Loctite on the center screw. This extra step ensures the piston head remains securely fastened to the piston body, maintaining peak performance throughout its use. Elevate your airsoft experience with Aztech Innovations' Adjustable AOE Piston Head, where precision meets durability.
