02 // Order Processing & Dispatch

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Brisbane time) on a standard business day (Mon–Fri) are prioritized for immediate same-day dispatch.
• Standard Processing: Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• "Order-In" Items: Hardware marked as "Order-In" requires transfer from our network armories. Allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for these items to deploy.
• Peak Periods: During major operational events (e.g., Black Friday, EOFY), processing may extend due to high volume.

03 // Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia)

We utilize premium freight operators, including Australia Post and specialized tactically-cleared couriers.

• Free Standard Shipping: Unlocked on all orders totaling $200 AUD or more (post-discount, pre-shipping).
• Standard Delivery: Orders under $200 incur standard rates calculated at checkout. Transit time is 3 to 5 business days depending on coordinates.
• Express Delivery: Available for rapid deployment at extra cost. Estimated transit is 1 to 3 business days.

04 // Interstate Shipping & Compliance

Due to the regulated nature of Gel Blasters and tactical gear, strict state legislation applies within Australia.

• Queensland (QLD): Gel blasters authorized. No license required. Standard retail protocols apply.
• Other States & Territories: Command Elite Hobbies legally operates and dispatches from Queensland. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure they hold the appropriate state-issued permits, licenses, or exemptions required to import and possess gear in their respective state prior to purchase.
• Seizure & Liability: CEH dispatches goods interstate as requested. We accept zero liability for items delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by state police or border forces due to non-compliance with local laws. No refunds will be issued for seized assets.

05 // Global Export & International Customs

• Export Facilitation: We liaise directly with global freight carriers to dispatch goods internationally from Australia.
• Import Duties & Taxes: All inbound customs fees, VAT, and local clearance requirements are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
• International Compliance: You must verify items are legal to import into your jurisdiction. CEH takes no responsibility for packages seized by international border security.

06 // Secure Routing & Real-Time Tracking

• Tracking: Once dispatched, your comms (email/SMS) will receive a tracking number and live-monitoring link.
• Authority to Leave (ATL): Requesting ATL transfers full responsibility of the package to you once marked "Delivered" by the courier.
• Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer the moment the package enters the carrier network (FOB Shipping Point). CEH will assist in investigations for lost packages but is not strictly liable for third-party logistics failures.

07 // Anti-Fraud & Security Protocols

To protect our community, CEH utilizes advanced, automated fraud-detection algorithms.

• Order Holds: If an order flags (e.g., mismatching billing/shipping IPs), the standard dispatch window is paused.
• Manual Verification: Our security team will request Government Photo ID prior to release. Failure to verify identity within 48 hours results in immediate order termination and refund.

08 // Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)

• Notification: Await email/SMS confirmation before arriving at the Brisbane armory for extraction.
• Verification: The purchasing operator must present a valid Photo ID and the physical payment card upon collection. No exceptions.

09 // Undeliverable Packages

Ensure your deployment coordinates are accurate. If a package is returned to us (Return to Sender) due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a depot, or refusal to pay import duties, the buyer will be responsible for the logistical cost of re-shipping the asset.
