Legal Governance & Buyer Agreement
1. Export Facilitation
Command Elite Hobbies will liaise with freight carriers and facilitate the export of all international orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. Orders will not be shipped until all necessary documentation has been completed and cleared for export.
3. Accuracy of Information
The Buyer must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including name, address, phone number, and email. Command Elite Hobbies is not liable for delays, losses, or undeliverable shipments caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Certain countries classify gel blasters, knives, or related products as restricted. It is the Buyerโs responsibility to verify local import laws. We do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee legality in the Buyerโs country.
The Buyer is solely responsible for:
- Obtaining any import permits, licences, or applications required for entry into their country of destination.
- Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations governing the import, possession, or use of the purchased items.
- Paying all import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other associated costs levied by the destination country.
6. Restricted and Prohibited Goods
Certain countries classify gel blasters, knives, or related products as restricted. It is the Buyerโs responsibility to verify local import laws. We do not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee legality in the Buyerโs country.
4. Customs Clearance and Delays
Customs clearance times vary by country and are outside our control. Delays caused by customs inspections do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. If additional documentation is required after dispatch, it is the Buyerโs responsibility to provide these to their local authority.
5. Refused or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to non-payment of duties or lack of permits, the Buyer remains liable for all costs (return freight, handling fees). Refunds will only be processed once goods are received back in original condition, less incurred costs. No refund will be issued if the goods are confiscated or destroyed.

In cases of loss, damage, or confiscation beyond our control, Command Elite Hobbies bears no liability. Total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price.
8. Force Majeure
Command Elite Hobbies shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs strikes, war, pandemics, or carrier delays.

By placing an international order, the Buyer acknowledges they have conducted all legal checks, accept full liability for customs clearance and fees, understand we are not responsible for seizures, and agree to the outlined limitations of liability.
All international sales are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
